Hey everyone! It’s Hannah again, blowing up the blog with my Valentine’s Day tips and knowledge (but not really).
Remember when I said that I think that DIY is always better when it comes to gifts for loved ones? I totally meant it! I personally appreciate something SO much more when I know that someone took the time and effort to make it for me, rather than just buying. So since yesterday I shared some of my picks for awesome Valentine’s Day gifts, and today I’m sharing some DIY Valentine’s Day gift options from a few awesome bloggers.
1.) Homemade Valentine’s Day Candies with Marshmallow Creme – Lauren Paints A Beautiful Life
These little candies are super cute and I’m sure they’re delicious as well! They look so easy to make as well. I know I’d love to get a box of these cuties on Valentine’s Day.
2.) Upcycled Tissue Paper Heart Frame – Rhythms of Play
I think that this would be great to do for your loved one, or do together with your kids. You can change the colors up however you want, and you could put a photo of you/you and your loved one in the frame instead of the quote. So many ways to make it your own!
3.) Baking Soda Clay Valentine’s Ornaments – Our Three Peas
This would definitely be a fun one to do with kids, then hand out to grandparents, moms, teachers etc. Plus the fact that they can use their little fingerprints to make the heart just makes it extra special.
4.) White Chocolate Dipped Valentine’s Pretzels – Outnumberd 3 to 1
These are kind of a classic gift to make for someone for a reason. They’re totally delicious! This would be a great coworker or friend gift. You can put them in fancy little valentine themed bags and they’ll all definitely appreciate them.
5.) How to Make Bath Bombs – The Gunny Sack
I think that this would be SUCH a great gift to make for you BFF. I mean, who doesn’t like to get their pampering on with some bath bombs amiright?
6.) Valentine’s Bark – Sparkles to Sprinkles
This bark looks SO yummy and beyond festive. This would make a great addition to any basket, or to give to coworkers and friends.
7.) Sweet Chocolate Covered Spoons – Cross Country Cafe
When I saw these I thought they were super cute! I love the way that they’re decorated with candy hearts and such. I think these would be great paired with a cute mug and a bag of coffee or tea, for the person in your life that really appreciates a good cup o’ joe.
8.) Love Bugs – Cute As A Fox
Here’s another cute one to make with the kids! You can totally turn these into little pins as well, so the kids can wear them to school, or give to their grandparents etc.
9.) Valentine’s Socks Gift Idea –Made to be a Momma
This is a gift you can easily adapt to a guy as well as girl. I know my guy friends always tell me they want cool socks as a gift, well here’s a fancy and thoughtful way to give them some!
10.) Coupon Book of Love – The Dating Divas
I’ve always loved the idea of having a coupon book. It gives you something fun to do with your loved one. Try to have fun with it, and even make it a game together.
