It’s 11pm, and you’re craving a savory snack. You know that you shouldn’t dig out those potato chips, but you do anyway. The next morning you wake up to the smell of shame, and a bed full of potato chip crumbs. Luckily this whole thing could have been avoided, if you had some of our Parmesan Kale Chips on hand. Kale chips are a great option for a snack, so easy to make, and so much healthier than that bag of chips.

Kale is one of the healthiest things you could eat. It has lots of essential vitamins, antioxidants, nutrients, and fiber. It also helps build up your immune system with it’s vitamin C content. See? Kale is here to help. Unlike those backstabbing potato chips. Here’s how we take kale and make a great snack:

Parmesan Kale Chips Recipe

Here’s what you’ll need:

1 bunch of Kale
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
Parmesan Cheese

Parmesan Kale Chips Recipe

The first thing you need to do is to rinse off your kale, then cut it up or tear it into small pieces. Lay them out on a baking pan or cookie sheet. You can overlap them a little, but try not to overdo it, or else they won’t get evenly crisp. Drizzle a bit of EVOO on top, don’t soak it. After that, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Place in the oven at 350 degrees, for 10 minutes, or until the kale is crisp. Then serve! You can bag these up in plastic bags and save for snacks, take them to work or school, or just devour them all right there. The possibilities are endless.
