This month’s Degustabox was full of fun snacks and things to get us started for the new year. So we thought that we would share some of the great items that we got, along with some healthy snack ideas for the new year. Even little things like changing the snacks you eat can make a big difference in your health and how you feel.
The thing we loved about this months box that there was so many great snacks for the new year and alternative products to help you keep on your new year diet grind. Things like the Aloe drink is a great thing to drink instead of soda or sugary drinks. The Parmesan crisps, and healthy pop popcorn are great lighter options for when you’re really craving a salty snack. We also thought that the fruit n’ yogurt snacks, snack bar, & organic fruit snacks would be great for keeping hunger at bay on the go! Not only are they great alternative snacks they all tasted wonderful! We especially loved the Parmesan Crisps and fruit n yogurt snacks!
One of our other great snack ideas to keep you on your grind is some Kale Chips. We make these all the time and they turn out great. It’s such a great alternative to eating chips or other salty snacks.
