Salmon is one of the most underrated types of fish out there. At my job I hear all the time about how people are intimidated by the idea of cooking it, and cooking it well. It’s notorious for drying out easily, or being too strong/fishy. Well, today I’m going to show you a super easy to way to cook some awesome salmon fillets. This is the technique that I use at my job in food service, and it ALWAYS come’s out moist, flavorful, and tasting amazing. I also made some parmesan sautéed asparagus to go with. It make a great side to go with the salmon, and the parmesan really brings out some added flavor.
